im not taking sides here but you gotta remember that there are alot of crazy people out there too that want to scam shops. When I was a mechanic we ALWAYS had people comming in saying they didnt authorize things when we had them SIGN the estimate. The estimates were computerized too so its not like we could lie about it because theres a time stamp right on it. People would be like. " I didnt sign that". wtf? yes you did we have it right here on video tape...lol
