My dad is taking me out to Ichibans tonight before I go back to Buffalo for the spring semester.
Basically it is a Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi bar (not a fan of sushi).

The chefs cook right in front of you, and do some cool tricks as their cooking the food. It's an awesome time and even better food. If you've never been to one I think everyone should go at least once to see what it's like.

they have one here in buffalo called show gun. its prity cool what they do with the food.

I went to a place nearby called the Golden Dragon. The sushi there was alright, nothing special. But the guy they had running the grill was not a showman at all, more concentrating on getting a long line or peoples food cooked. BUt I will say this, he was FAST! Probably could have cut half his arm off in inch sections before he felt a thing.
