Congrats on the place man. Piece of advice on the appliances though, splurge on the most efficient pieces you can that are the size/features you want. They'll pay for themselves in savings in the long run.

Thanks, I'll have to check Rosa's out. I assume they do free delivery right?


Hopefully I won't need an electrician, but if I do I'll let you know.

No charge for delivery and threw in a gas valve , flex hose kit.
