Default Just got a new home

Didn't buy the house, but we rented an upstairs to a 2 story house. Very big when you compare it to everywhere else here in Buffalo. Moving in early april.

Me and the woman decided we were leaving this apartment complex we're at now when we called a couple thursdays ago about the hot water heater blowing up in the basement and were told it "Wasn't an emergency" :?

So we looked at other complexes that were better managed, but all rape you with price, and especially move-in Fees. We found out from a co-worker of hers about an apartment just outside Buffalo (Cheektowaga NY).

Anyways, I was a bit hesitant but got there and it looks nice, HUGE compared to anything else we looked at, and the thing that sold me was a 35' Garage which is nice so that I can actually bring my Olds up here and finally make some progress instead of leaving it in my fathers garage all year.

Now for some pictures:

Kitchen - Right after you walk in the door:

DiningRoom/Living Room. Bedrooms are off to the right of this picture, didn't get any pictures of them or the garage yet.

Nice new digs man. Glad to hear that you'll have a place to get more work done on the Olds. Speaking of the Olds, any updates?

that kitchen looks like a good place to gather up your boys and play some cards especially with the wall of booze behind ya.

Those aren't mine unfortunately. I am looking for something like those for when we move in, in april.

All the stuff there is the current owners. We're keeping the red couch and ottoman though
