Default Manual VS Auto

I myself choose Manual. I just have to be able to pick the gear I'm in. ANd pullign in the clutch and revving for shits is a whole lot cooler than neutral dropping.

I'll vote Auto. As much as people will rag on you, if you have a performance auto trans and company, you will be more consistant in passes. I am not a roadracer, and I don't have the money to travel to roadrace all the time, so Manual isn't it for me.

I can easily see why people like manuals, but with my 442, i like it being Auto, much better IMO.

I voted Manual, I just prefer the feeling and control of it. Although, if the car was 100% racing, or my DD in a larger city, i'd most definately go auto. Modded autos shift faster than any human possibly could, and trust me, if you get stuck in rush hour traffic with a manual with a racing clutch, your foot will HATE you.

I voted auto, manuals are alot of fun but autos are more for racing, and seem to produce better times. You get quicker shifts with an auto and it always hits the shift points you want. Im more into going fast and with a reverse manual valve body you get the best of both worlds, it bumps up the fun factor a little because you still get to shift... and most of the time your going to be a little faster than if you had a manual.

i went with auto because with a manual valve body you can shift it like a manual but alot quicker

I like my th350 with the shift kit because it is consistent and allows me to shift if and when I want. Plus it takes alot of the problems with clutch's and plates et. out of the mix.
Although I do like thrashing thru the gears !! (manually)

I guess my overall vote would be manual !
