To post pictures:
1.) The pictures have to be hosted somewhere. Try www.photobucket.com for a nice free site.

2.) After that, you have to add the [img] "tags" around the url of the picture. If you sign up on photobucket and upload a picture, there is a space where they already give you the [IMG] tags around it.

So a picture would look like this:
