I just dont understand how someone that rich does not have a killer security system, big ass dogs, security gaurd(s)........and how did a bullet wound to the leg kill him?? Did it hit that main artery in the leg? There was some supposed break-in earlier in the week before the shooting, that would have prompted me to either break out my own stash on guns, or get security. RIP.

YEah it hit his femoral artery, which if I recall correctly, is one of the largest arteries in the body because it supplies blood to the lower extremeties. Thats why if you break your femur it is possible to die if the bone pierces the artery.

Yeah, it is possible to bleed to death in 3-5 minutes through the femoral artery.

Taylor was on probation so he wasn't allowed to have guns. He was on probation because he chased down guys who stole 3 of his ATV's and "harassed" them.

Taylor was in a gated community, with a security system, but these people were good. Who thinks to cut the phone lines before they go in to shoot someone

Scary shit, you've got millions and live in what you think is a secure and safe community, but it just goes to show that nobody is safe. I hope the guy or guys who did this get whats coming to them.

I didn't know he was on probation, that explains why he grabbed a machette and not a firearm (then again the shooter ambushing him didn't give him any opportunity to defend himself) because Miami is a cesspool for scum bags once you get away from the area you see in the movies.

Yeah, he was charged with Brandishing a Gun because he was chasing down people away from his house who stole 3 of his ATV's, so he got 18 months of probation which means he couldn't have a firearm.
