Man, yesterday I was beat.

Had one hell of a stomach bug. Every joint in my body ached and I threw up like 5 times throughout the day. Anyone else had anything like this lately?

Today I'm back at about 90%, but still feel a bit off. Got a friends wedding saturday, and his rehearsal dinner tomorrow so it better be gone by then.

ugh stomach bugs are the worst!

Try eating crackers and toast. that usually settles my stomach. although sometimes nothing will do it when your very sick.and also try gator aid.

yeah last Wednesday i had to stay home cause I didn't feel good. Mine was commin out the other way though. All I ate was crackers and sierra mist. And now my throat hurts and its all swollen. gatorade can sometimes make you worse depending on what you have. I stick with white soda and that usually makes me feel better.

Yeah I had a stomach bug last week. I made sure to get in a high amount of protein once I was able to keep food down.

Damn, later on during the day today i started feeling like crap, now my stomach just kills..... it might be mcdonalds, not the bug though haha, hope ya'll feel better stomach bug FTL!!!
