Mickey Thompson ET streets are bias ply.

Hmm. Didnt know that.

And thats not your basic street tire, basic street tires are steel belted radials, bias ply is completely different. They are quite stiffer, that would be the only reason i'd see why it would be used instead.

But...
Bias ply = Streetable.
Otherwise you are running a non-tubed tire.

I think.

Yeah My Indy Pro S/S's are biased.

And I'm doing the cardinal sin, running Goodyear radials up front, and biasply M/T's in the rear

Bias ply are not what I have.
I have radials. Front and back.
