Well, my best track time wasnt as good as it could have been. My clutch was slipping a little back then, and ive since went from 100 shot to 125 shot. Soooo, track times should be better next time I go

And you'd be suprised, there isnt much of a weight difference between a v6 and v8. Just remember, the whole thing weighs no more than 500 lbs or so, and if my math serves me correctly, you're only removing 17.5% of the block, so what is 500 - 17.5%? Not much.

And the main problem I have, is I have alot less motor, to push the same weight you have.

yes sir must have made a typo thats 88mph trap speed sry, we dont have a 1/4 around here so the 1/4 time is just est i took my 1/8 and multiplyed it by 1.5 i guess that is a good way of finding out ur 1/4 time here is the slip.

Just as a heads up...a 7.7 1/8th mile BARELY squeaks into the 11's. And that is normally only with a large cammed N/A motor or a boosted/juiced car.
Pretty quick though either way. Anything in the 7's for the 1/8 is scooting.
