Default My New Best Time at Rt.66, Joliet

Ran a new best Tuesday 8/19 at Route 66 in Joliet. It was my 4th and final run after 3 consistant 13.3's. Car has Ported polished TB, DeScreaned MAF, Cutout, and CAI. Still running stock manifolds and Cats. Cant wait to see what she does w/longtube headers, gutted cats and a nice tune!

60' : 1.959
330: 5.495
1/8: 8.406
MPH: 84.53
1000': 10.893
1/4: 13.000
MPH: 107.03

Trapping 107 your car has high 12 potential just as it is. I would say you need a better launch/traction. A 1.95 is good but not really good.

car is a 2001 M6 Camaro SS, Stock except for CAI, 3" cutout, and Ported polished TB. I was not launching as hard as i could have because of the stock rearend and the treack was really hooking good!

Ah, I see. You NEVER know how much your 10-bolt can handle. I know guys who have taken them well into the 12's cutting 1.6 60' times, and I know guys who have destroyed them with basically a stock setup.
