I'm an old dude (well, relatively speaking) residing in North Carolina.

My first car was purchased new when I was 17. It was a 1981 Z28 with t-tops. Had a lot of fun in that car, but sold it when I bought my first home.

A few years later I picked up a 1979 Z28 which I had for a short time before selling it.

And now, I've got a 1969 Convertible which is in need of some serious attention. That attention comes at a cost and (as you can tell from my username) that means slow progress.

Currently, I have a child in college, and may have another there soon. I'm hoping that once their educations are complete I'll have money to funnel in the convertible.

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.

Nothing super duper but its my first one so i fell great. Even though im new to firebirds, I am no where near new to f-bodies. I have had 2 camaros (95 z-28, 97 rs) within the past six years. I managed to snag it for $11,000 from the lexus dealership its a single owner car that has been kept in the garage most of its life bye a old lady. It has 27.5k miles on it since DOP and is now at 30k, Automatic with black leather and black top. The last LS1 I had ran good but damn dose this baby purr. Anyhow Theres alot of nice cars on hear and its hard to find anything but mustang owners in Texas so i figured this would be the next best thing.
