So my 93 LT1 came to me with hard-wired cooling fans (on at all times). The kid I bought it from gave me the relay and some other things but I haven't gotten around to installing anything. Lately the cooling fans have been squealing, rattling, and making all kinds of noise. Today, when I turn the key to the on position, they usually come on, not anymore. Did something burn out? Do I need a whole new assembly?

I don't think the fans were meant to stay on all the time. I'm sure continuous use of them probably caused them to burn out. Take em out and find out.
