Look on your local craigslist, or LS1tech.com, their classifides, or maybe ebay... or our classifides, They don't make them new anymore, so they will be used.

I don't really trust eBay, but check ls1tech or Full Throttle V6. Just post a thread asking and see what you get. Any lid that works for 99-02 should work, though 98's won't

If you use paypal on ebay you have nothing to worry about. In fact I just had a crappy deal where I ordered a replacement stereo for my car and it arrived DOA. I got a full refund.

its almost impossible to find it anywhere else other then ebay.....unless it pops up on a v6 forum
